Monosaccharides and Disaccharides were analyzed by HILICpak VG-50 4E, a polymer-based amino column. The recovery ratio of reducing sugars by VG-50 is high, so the peak of galactose can be detected higher than by the former amino columns. VG-50 is suitable for high sensitive analysis.
