Effects of Flow Rate (SC1011)

Effects of flow rate when analyzing saccharides using SUGAR SC1011 (a column for saccharide analysis) is shown here.
It is confirmed that the theoretical plate number and resolution are improved by decreasing the flow rate.

Sample : 0.5 % each, 5 μL
