When Asahipak NH2P-50
column is used, plate number of saccharides becomes higher as the acetonitrile concentration in the eluent becomes higher.
When silica-based amino columns are used, plate number and detection sensitivity of saccharides are different according to
the type of saccharides, and, the plate number of some specific saccharide such as galactose is extremely low.
Please refer to Comparison of NH2P and Silica-based Amino Column (2).
