Saccharides in Wood (2) (SP0810)

Saccharides in wood were analyzed using two SUGAR SP0810, a sugar analysis column, in series. A charged aerosol detector (CAD) was used as a detector. Comparing to "Sacchrides in Wood (1)", the separation of arabinose and mannose was improved by adding CH3CN to the mobile phase.
Refer to Sacchrides in Wood (1).
