Comparison between NH2P-40 3E and its Conventional Type (NH2P-50 4E)

Asahipak NH2P-40 3E is filled with smaller-sized gel, 4 μm, and packed in a 3.0 mm internal diameter (I.D.) column housing. The selected I.D. size allows the column to be used with a conventional LC system, i.e., without a need of semi-micro or any other special LC system. NH2P-40 3E provides higher sensitivity compared to Asahipak NH2P-50 4E.

Features of Shodex Asahipak NH2P-40 3E
1. Suitable for saccharides analysis by HILIC mode
2. Achieves 3 - 4 times improved detection sensitivity even with a conventional HPLC system
3. Uses less tha 50 % solvent compared to NH2P-50 4E
