Saccharides in Wood (3) (NH2P-50 4E)

Saccharides in wood were analyzed using Asahipak NH2P-50 4E, a polymer-based amino column. A charged aerosol detector (CAD) was used as a detector. Baseline separation can be obtained using a gradient method.
