Separation of Anomer

It has been reported that the anomer separation does not take place at high temperature. Therefore, when using SUGAR series (SP0810, SC1011, KS-801, SZ5532 or SC1211 ), set up the column temperature at 70-80 °C.

Sample : 0.5% each, 10μL
Glucose, Mannose, Xylose, Galactose, Arabinose


Column       : Shodex SUGAR SC1011 (8.0mmI.D. x 300mm)
Eluent       : H2O
Flow rate    : 0.7mL/min

Column temp. : 29°C, 70°C
