SEC Analysis of Liraglutide Formulation (KW-802.5)

Liraglutide, a drug used for diabetes treatment, was analyzed using PROTEIN KW-802.5, an aqueous-based SEC (GFC) column. After heat treatment of the formulation, it can be noted that the peak areas that are considered as oligomers are more significant. The resolution between the monomer and oligomer 1 of liraglutide achieved was 2.4 and it was confirmed that the column is suitable for the separation of high molecular weight impurities for liraglutide formulations.

Upon the completion of analysis, immediately replace the eluent with shipping eluent.
