Polystyrene standards were analyzed using GPC HK-404L, an organic SEC (GPC) column for ultra-rapid analysis. Comparing the separation between a HK-404L with a conventional SEC column of equivalent at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, HK-404L achieved the same level of separation with 1/6 analysis time. However, when higher separation is desired, use of lower flow rate is recommended.
