Analysis of Pyridylaminated Sugar Chains (NH2P-50 4E)

Pyridylaminated (PA) sugar chains were separated using Asahipak NH2P-50 4E. Refractive Index detector (RI) is generally used for sugar analyses, however pyridylaminated sugar chains can be detected by more sensitive fluorescence detectors. Also the analysis can be carried under gradient elution.

               (B); 200 mM Acetic acid-Triethylamine (pH7.3)/CH3CN=50/50
               Linear gradient: 0 to 60 min,  A to B
Flow rate    : 0.5 mL/min
Detector     : Fluorescence (Ex: 310 nm , Em: 380 nm)
Column temp. : 40 °C
