Pyridylaminated (PA) sugar chains were separated using Asahipak NH2P-50 4E. Refractive Index detector (RI) is generally used for sugar analyses, however pyridylaminated sugar chains can be detected by more sensitive fluorescence detectors. Also the analysis can be carried under gradient elution.
