LC/MS/MS Analysis of Saccharides (NH2P-40 2D)

A polymer based amino column, Asahipak NH2P-40 2D, was used for LC/MS/MS analysis of saccharides and sugar alcohols. Adding ammonia to the eluent enhances the ionization of saccharides, thus providing high sensitivity detection.

Column       : Shodex Asahipak NH2P-40 2D (2.0 mm I.D. x 150 mm)
Eluent       : (A); 0.05 % NH3 aq./(B); CH3CN
               Isocratic ; (B %) 75 %
Flow rate    : 0.2 mL/min
Detector     : ESI-MS/MS (MRM Negative)
