OHpak SB-802.5 HQ, an aqueous solvent SEC (GFC) column, was used to analyze an anionic surfactant (sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate) and non-ionic surfactant (triton X-100) simultaneously. Owing to the ion exclusion mode, anionic surfactant elutes at first and it is separated from non-ionic surfactant.
