Vitamins in food were analyzed using RSpak DE-413, a column for reversed phase chromatography.
Sample pretreatment
- 1.Dissolve 80 mg of the food containing vitamins in 12 mL of the eluant (A).
- 2.Pass through a 0.45 μm filter before injecting into HPLC.
Sample: 20 μL
