Nutrient Beverage (DE-413)

Nutrient beverage was analyzed using RSpak DE-413, a column for reversed phase chromatography.

Sample pretreatment

  1. 1.Dilute the nutrient beverage by 50 fold with the eluent (A).
  2. 2.Pass through a 0.45 μm filter before injecting into HPLC.
