2. 0.5 % Sucrose
3. 0.5 % Glucose
4. 0.5 % Fructose
Column : Shodex SUGAR SC1011 (8.0 mm I.D. x 300 mm) Eluent : 10 mM CaSO4 aq. Flow rate : 1.0 mL/min Detector : RI, UV (254 nm) Column temp. : 80 °C
