Simultaneous Analysis of Sweeteners and Amino Acids in Energy Drink (NH2P-40 2D)

Print

Sweeteners in an energy drink were analyzed using Asahipak NH2P-40 2D, a polymer-based amino column, with LC/MS/MS detection. Under these conditions, sweeteners, amino acids and water-soluble vitamins such as carnitine and pyridoxine can be simultaneously analyzed.
