Stevioside and Rebaudioside A (NH2P-50 4E)

Polymer-based-amino column, Asahipak NH2P-50 4E was used to separate stevioside and rebaudioside A, that were extracted from stevia.


Sample : 0.05 % each, 20 μL
1. Stevioside
2. Rebaudioside A 


Column       : Shodex Asahipak NH2P-50 4E (4.6 mm I.D. x 250 mm)
Eluent       : H2O/CH3CN=25/75
Flow rate    : 1.0 mL/min
Detector     : UV (210 nm)
Column temp. : 30 °C
