Filgrastim is a protein consisted of 175 amino acid residues with an N-terminal methionine. Its molecular weight is about 19,000 and it is used for the treatment of neutropenia. An aqueous SEC (GFC) column, PROTEIN KW-803 was used for the analysis of filgrastim.
