Seven formulas in a multi symptom cold formula were simultaneously analyzed by a polymer-based reversed phase chromatography column, ODP2 HP-4E.


Sample : 20 μg/mL each, 10 μL
1. Dihydrocodeine phosphate
2. Acetaminophen
3. Aspirin, Acetylsalicylic acid
4. Salicylamide
5. Salicylic acid
6. Bromhexine hydrochloride
7. Ibuprofen

Column       : Shodex ODP2 HP-4E (4.6 mm I.D. x 250 mm)
Eluent       : 0.1 % TFA aq./CH3CN=70/30
Flow rate    : 0.4 mL/min
Detector     : UV (235 nm)
Column temp. : 40 °C
