The Shodex multisolvent GPC columns display excellent performance in the sense that various types of eluent compositions can be used according to the sample composition. Aliphatic glycerides were analyzed using Asahipak GF-310 HQ (an Aqueous/Organic (multi-solvent use) SEC column) with chloroform as the eluent.
