Analysis of Fatty Acids with Corona CAD (DS-613)

Several fatty acids were separated by RSpak DS-613, a polymer-based reversed phase column, and detected by a corona CAD. By using corona CAD, caprylic acid can be analyzed without an interfering influence from the earlier-eluting solvent peaks.


Sample : 20 μL
1. Caprylic acid CH3(CH2)6COOH 50 μg/mL
2. Myristic acid CH3(CH2)12COOH 50 μg/mL
3. Linoleic acid C17H31COOH 50 μg/mL
4. Palmitic acid CH3(CH2)14COOH 50 μg/mL
5. Stearic acid CH3(CH2)16COOH 100 μg/mL

Eluent       : H2O/CH3CN=10/90
