A column for organic acid analysis, RSpak KC-811 was used to separate D-glucuronic acid and glucuronolactone. Glucuronolacone is a type of lactone, produced by dehydration synthesis of carboxyl group and 3'-hydroxyl group on D-glucuronic acid.
