Effects of Organic Solvent Concentration on HILIC Mode (NH2P-50 4B)

The effects of organic solvent was analyzed with a polymer-based HILIC column, Asahipak NH2P-50 4B. The analysis was carried under isocratic mode with different organic solvent ratios. The concentration of acetonitrile in the eluent and the retention time (tR) was plotted on a graph. Polar components were retained stronger as the concentration of acetonitrile increased in the HILC mode eluent.
