Aflatoxin M1 is a metabolite of aflatoxin B1. Aflatoxin M1 can also be defined as a mycotoxin in the milk of animals which ingested the feed contaminated with aflatoxin B1. The concentration of aflatoxin M1 is regulated to be less than of 0.5 µg/kg in Japan. For more information about pre-treatment, please contact Shodex or your distributor.
