The C18U series column is a silica-based reversed phase column especially designed for UHPLC use. The use of sub-2-micron organic silica hybrid particles provides superior separation efficiency and mechanical strength.  
In this application, mycotoxins, such as aflatoxins, ochratoxin, and trichothecenes, that are often found in foods and feed were analyzed simultaneously using an LC/MS/MS method with C18U 2B. By using the described method, all mycotoxins studied here were analyzed within 5 minutes.
