Zearalenone is a mycotoxin produced by Fusarium species' mold. Maximum allowance level in cereal is 1 mg/Kg (In Japna, For animal feed). In this example, sample was prepared by adding 500 μg/kg zearalenone to corn. After sample pretreatment, it was analyzed by an ODS column.
