Cellulose acetate is cellulose whose hydroxyl group is partially or perfectly acetylated, and is used for coating agent or sustained release agent. The solubility of Cellulose acetate into water is very low, and it is easily solve into DMF or dioxiane. DMF was used as the eluent and LiBr was added for analyzing cellulose acetate.
