  • Suitable for LC/MS analysis
VC-50 2D
  • Modified carboxyl group is suitable for cationic substance analysis including amines
  • The dominant separation mode is RP or IEX rather than HILIC mode
VN-50
  • The modified diol groups on the packing material create the HILIC mode
  • Suitable for oligonucleotide and oligosaccharide separation which is not possible by SEC or conventional HILIC columns
  • VN-50 1D adopts a double structured housing with an outer surface made of SUS and an inner surface (wetted part) made of PEEK. It covers PEEK housing's physical weakness and can be used under high pressure conditions.
  • VN-50 1D has an inner diameter of 1.0 mm, which makes it possible to suppress the flow rate at 0.1 mL/min or less, so is suitable for high sensitivity analysis by LC/MS.
