光学分割用カラム ORpak CDBS-453を用いてノルエピネフリン(ラセミ体)の分析を行いました。分析には米国薬局方(USP)のPharmacopeial Forum 44(6)のIn-Process Revisionに記載されているエピネフリン注射液の光学純度を求めるための条件を適用しました。
