The relation between column temperature and retention time and the relation between column temperature and theoretical plate number (TPN) for ODP2 HP 4D (4.6 mm I.D. x 150 mm length) are shown. As retention time and TPN vary with changes in column temperature, the use of a column oven for temperature control is recommended.
