聚合物基质氨基柱HILICpak VG-50适用于糖类分析,但在碱性条件下也可以使用LC/MS进行有机酸和氨基酸的同时分析。由于流动相为碱性所以可以洗脱阴离子性强的物质。而且在碱性条件下电离可以促进羟基去质子化,也适用于进行糖类等含有羟基的物质的高灵敏度分析。
