Features of RSpak DE Series (5) (Selection of HPLC System)

To realize the best performance of RSpak DE-413 column, we recommend to use the following HPLC system with the column.
 

Device Recommended specifications and/or setting
Pump Flow rate: max. 1 mL/min.
Injector Low dead volume type
Sample loop: max. 50 μL (5 μL loop is recommended)
From injector to column 0.1 to 0.13 mm I.D., 100 mm Length piping
From column to detector 0.1 mm I.D. piping
Detector Detector with a micro cell should be used. Response should be set to "FAST".



Sample : (A); 1.5 μL, (B); 5 μL
1. Methyl ethyl ketone, 2-Butanone 0.2 %
2. Diethyl ketone, 3-Pentanone 0.2 %
3. Di-n-propyl ketone, 4-Heptanone 0.4 %
4. Di-n-butyl ketone, 5-Nonanone 0.6 %

 

Column       : Shodex RSpak DE-413 (4.6 mm I.D. x 150 mm)
Eluent       : CH3CN/H2O=50/50
Flow rate    : 1.0 mL/min
Detector     : UV (262 nm)
Column temp. : 40 °C
