Method 1: Apply after using the column under highly aqueous condition for an extended period of time.
Introduce water/acetonitrile = 20/80. Recommended solvent volume to introduce is 5 to 10 times of the column volume.
Method 2: Apply after injecting protein containing samples.
Introduce water/acetonitrile = 50/50 - 30/70 with 0.1 % TFA. Recommended solvent volume to introduce is 5 to 10 times of the column volume.
- (Attention)
- Some proteins may precipitate in high-concentration organic solvents.
- Keeping the washing solution in the column for a long time will lead to column deterioration. Please replace the washing solution with the eluent immediately after cleaning.
