糖と有機酸の保持容量

糖分析用カラムSUGAR SH1011を用いた場合の糖と有機酸の保持容量を求めました。溶離液中の硫酸の濃度を変えた場合、糖ではほとんど保持容量が変化しませんが有機酸では保持容量がかなり変化します。試料中の成分に応じて適切な硫酸濃度で測定を行ってください。
