Analysis of Trehalose According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2025 Edition (KS-801)

The Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2025 Edition*, Part IV, the high‑performance liquid chromatography method for “Trehalose” specifies the use of a column packed with styrene–divinylbenzene copolymer–based cation‑exchange resin in the sodium form (or hydrogen form). SUGAR KS-801 column confirmed the requirements were met.

Relative standard deviation (RSD) of the main peak area: ≤ 2.0%
Resolution between the trehalose peak and the adjacent preceding and following peaks: > 1.5
