The Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2025 Edition*, Part I, the monograph for Honey explicitly specify the use of an amino column for the analysis of four saccharides. Using Asahipak NH2P‑50 4E, an amino column (4.6 mm (I.D.) x 250 mm (length), particle size: 5 µm), well separated the four saccharides and confirmed the requirement was met.
