The National Standards of China GB/T 20882.7-2025*, Quality requirements for starch sugar - Part 7: Trehalose, specifies an HPLC method for the determination of trehalose content using a column for sugar analysis (6.5 mm (I.D.) x 300 mm (Length), particle size: 5 µm) or or a column with equivalent performance. Analysis of a trehalose standard using SUGAR KS-801 confirmed that the system suitability requirement was met.
