The National Standards of China GB/T 20882.1-2025*, Quality requirements for starch sugar - Part 1: Edible dextrose, lists two HPLC methods for the determination of glucose content.

Chromatographic Condition 1
A cation-exchange column modified with sulfonic acid groups (7.8 mm (I.D.) x 300 mm (length), particle size: 9 µm) or an equivalent column, is specified in the standard. For an analysis of a glucose standard using SUGAR SH1011 confirmed the requirement was met. In addition, the calibration curve for glucose showed a good linearity.

Difference between two replicate measurements under repeatability conditions: ≤ 0.5% of the mean of the two measurements
