The National Standards of China GB 1886.141‑2016* “National Food Safety Standard – Determination of Food Additive D‑Ribose” specifies the use of SUGAR KS‑801 or a column with equivalent performance.

Relative standard deviation (RSD) of D‑ribose peak: ≤ 0.5%
Symmetry factor of D‑ribose peak: ≤ 1.3
Theoretical plate number of D‑ribose: ≥ 2,500
