Polymer-amino column, Asahipak NH2P-50 2D was used for melamine LC/MS analysis. LC/MS provides high selectivity and high sensitive measurement.

Left - milk, Center - Powder milk, Right - Dairy product (20 ug/L melamine was added to the test sample).

Column　     : Shodex Asahipak NH2P-50 2D (2.0 mm I.D. x 150 mm)
Eluent       : (A) 5 mM Ammonium formate (pH3 adjusted by formic acid)
               (B) CH3CN
               Gradient program; 90 % B(0-10 min)-20 % B(10.01-20 min)-90 % B(20.01-35 min)
Flow rate    : 0.2 mL/min
Detector     : ESI-MS (Positive m/z=127.1)
Column temp. : 40 °C
