Total cyanide in river water was analysed using DEAE-825 (a column for weak anion exchange chromatography) and an electrochemical detector (ECD).


Sample : distilled River water, 100 μL

Eluent       : (10 mM Sodium carbonate + 1 mM Ethylenediamine)/CH3OH=90/10
Flow rate    : 1.0 mL/min
Detector     : ECD (Electrode; Ag, 0 mV SCE)
