Catechin is a kind of polyphenol and is contained a lot in green tea. It is an astringent component of tea. Catechin has been reported to have several bioactivities, like anti-oxidative effect. Six kinds of catechin were analyzed by Silica C18P 4D, a ODS column.

Detector     : UV (280 nm)
