Six kinds of Ketones were analyzed using RSpak DS-413 (a column for reversed phase chromatography).


Sample :
1. Acetone 500 μg/mL
2. Methyl ethyl ketone, 2-Butanone 500 μg/mL
3. Diethyl ketone, 3-Pentanone 500 μg/mL
4. Di-n-propyl ketone, 4-Heptanone 500 μg/mL
5. Butylpropylketone, 4-Octanone 1000 μg/mL
6. Di-n-butyl ketone, 5-Nonanone 1000 μg/mL

Column       : Shodex RSpak DS-413 (4.6 mm I.D. x 150 mm)
Eluent       : CH3CN/THF/H2O=25/25/50
Flow rate    : 0.6 mL/min
Detector     : UV (262 nm)
Column temp. : 40 °C
