Analysis of Tetraalkylammoniums (YS-50)

Trialkylammoniums were separated using a cation chromatography column, IC YS-50 with charged aerosol detector (CAD). The column demonstrates low 'bleed' providing a stable baseline. The use of a low concentration of acetonitrile in the eluent will allow the tetraalkylammonium compounds to elute by hydrophobic interaction.
