Catecholamines in Urine (ES-502C 7C)

Catecholamines in urine were analyzed using Asahipak ES-502C 7C (a column for weak cation exchange chromatography).

Column           : Shodex Asahipak ES-502C 7C (7.5 mm I.D. x 100 mm)
Eluent           : Sodium succinate-borate-ethylenediaminetetraacetate
                   0.05 mol/L-0.015 mol/L-0.05 mmol/L, pH6.7
Reaction reagent : (A); 0.1 M glycylglycine containing 0.1 M tartaric acid + 
                        0.1 M boric acid + 2 mM zinc sulphate (pH6.5)
                   (B); 0.25 M potassium borate buffer (pH8.4) 
                        containing 0.01 %(w/v) hexacyanoferrate(III)
Flow rate        : (Eluent) 1.0 mL/min, (Reaction reagent) 0.35 mL/min each				   
Detector         : Fruorescence (Ex 350 nm, Em 500 nm)
Column temp.     : 30 °C
Reaction temp.   : 90 °C
