Choline and acetylcholine were analyzed using IC YS-50, a cation analysis column, under cation exchange mode. If high sensitive analysis is required, LC/MS/MS analysis using HILICpak VC-50 2D, a polymer-based HILIC mode column, is recommended. When VC-50 2D is used, the elution order of a sample is reversed when compared to HILIC mode.
