Simultaneous Analysis of Multi Symptom Cold Formula in Serum (ODP2 HP)

For analysis of drugs in biological fluids, protein is generally removed prior to the analysis; to prevent alternation of analytical column. The surface of packed gel in ODP2 HP, a reversed phase chromatography column, has high polarity and small pore size, which helps to eliminate protein. Hence, ODP2 HP does not require protein pre-removal and reduces the sample pretreatment time. In this application, serum was injected directly to the column (i.e., without sample pretreatment). Several components in multi symptom cold formula were analyzed simultaneously.
