According to the United States Pharmacopeia and the National Formulary (USPNF 2025 Issue 1*), the ASSAY for D-chiro-Inositol is carried out with a column filled with L58 packing material. By using this assay specifications as a reference, analysis was conducted using a sugar analysis column, SUGAR KS-801.
