Taurine and inositol were separated using Asahipak NH2P-50, a polymer-based amino column.
[Note] This analysis requires column equilibration.
*For column equilibration: First introduce 50 mM Ammonium formate aq. at 0.5 mL/min for 2 hours, and then switch to the eluent.
Sample : 10 μL
1.25 mg/mL each
(in H2O/CH3CN=1/1)
1. Taurine
2. myo-Inositol
Column : Shodex Asahipak NH2P-50 4E (4.6 mm I.D. x 250 mm) Eluent : 50 mM HCOONH4 aq./CH3CN=25/75 Flow rate : 1.0 mL/min Detector : RI Column temp. : 30 °C
