Effects of Flow Rate (SC1211)

Effects of flow rate on the separation of SUGAR SC1211, a column for saccharides analysis, were studied. A mixture of oligosaccharides, sugar alcohols, and ethanol was separated at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and 0.5 mL/min. Improved separation was obtained with the lower flow rate.
